Terms and Conditions & Service Guarantee
1. The Guarantee
In & Out Cleaning and Mowing Pty Ltd offers a "Bond Cleaning Guarantee." If your real estate agent or property manager is not satisfied with the cleaning, you must notify us within 7 days of the service. We will return to the property to rectify the specific cleaning issues free of charge.
Note: This guarantee covers cleaning standards only. It does not cover building damages, permanent stains, or wear and tear.
2. Exclusions
Our guarantee does not include:
Permanent stains on carpets or walls that cannot be removed by standard cleaning methods.
Mould on silicone, grout, or ceilings (unless specifically quoted).
Discoloration or damage to surfaces (e.g., stone benches, oven enamel) caused by age or previous misuse.
Cleaning of ceilings (unless requested as an extra).
3. Pricing & Quotes
All online quotes are estimates based on a property in "average" condition. We reserve the right to adjust the price upon arrival if:
The property is excessively dirty (e.g., hoarding, pet disasters).
There are extra rooms or areas not mentioned in the booking.
The property is not fully vacated (furniture is still present).
4. Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may incur a cancellation fee of $50 AUD.
5. Utilities
The client must ensure that electricity and hot water are connected at the property. If we cannot clean due to a lack of power or water, a call-out fee may apply.
6. Liability
While we take the utmost care, In & Out Cleaning and Mowing Pty Ltd is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the property. We recommend a pre-inspection walk-through.
